Nailsworth get SILVER!

Christ Church Nailsworth was recently awarded the Silver Award as an Eco Church.

As part of that, a new Church garden was made out of recycled and donated items. The garden has some flowers but mainly vegetables and salads. They have picked and eaten the strawberries and sampled the salads at the Renew weekly lunches. The potatoes are growing well and they have also been able to divert water, from a spring, to their water butts which has meant the garden was well watered during the hot days.
