School Transition Session for Year 6s

Calling all Year 6s!!!

This summer is a big transition for you... the step from primary to secondary school. You are invited to this one-off session to explore some top tips for how to do this transition well.

There will be group games, challenges, snacks, and a free journal resource for everyone who attends.
