We're looking for someone to help support, inspire and nurture people both within and outside the church, provide outreach to the town of Cirencester and help with the sustainable development of our church.

ARE YOU:

• Interested in working with community organisations and building relationships to help with our work?
• Motivated to establish and run new community groups and outreach activities both in and outside the church setting?
• Keen to promote worship and encourage new ways of worshipping with those outside the church?

DO YOU:

• Have excellent listening and communication skills?
• Have an understanding of and commitment to, issues such as equality, diversity and inclusion?
• Want to share with and nurture people in faith?
• Want to engage with local community initiatives?

IS THIS YOU?
We're a busy church in the middle of a growing market town. We host children and community activities and have links with Foodbank and other organisations that work with disadvantaged and vulnerable people. We need someone to support and develop these groups and activities as well as helping the public and supporting our team of volunteers.

INTERESTED?
This is a full-time post, 37 ½ hours a week, funded for 2 years 9 months.
