The acting Property Portfolio Holder is Bernie Brewster.

This portfolio is responsible for guiding the Circuit and its churches in the effective use of their property resources, including advising regarding sales, purchases, lettings, and development and refurbishment projects; maintaining the Circuit's manses and other properties and offering support for church property stewards.
