Tewkesbury Methodist Church is a welcoming family church in the centre of this historic market town, where the main roads meet by the town cross. Our morning service and early evening services (once a month) last about 1 hour and are led by the Minister or a Local Preacher. The music consists of mainly traditional hymns played on the organ or piano. On the third Sunday in the month there is an early morning informal service in which anyone attending can share readings, thoughts, experiences and prayers if they so wish; interspersed with worship songs. On the second Sunday in the month there is an evening service which has a mix of video and contemporary worship songs.

We have a children's corner with books and toys, designed to keep babies and very young children happy while their parents participate in worship, and after all our services there is always time to chat and meet friends.

Our Family Outreach Worker leads an 'Open The Book' team who take part in assemblies at two local schools, as well as leading and organising our 'Messy Church'. In addition she organises a summer holiday club as part of our work on many projects with young people with Tewkesbury Churches Together in the local schools.
